Aberdeen Test Center
(ATC) is a major Range and Test Facility Base (MRTFB), operating
under the guidance of the DOD. ATC also conducts testing for federal,
state, and local governments, academia, private industry, and foreign
governments. A $50,000 Aberdeen Technology
Transfer Initiative grant provided the means for testing the axonX SigniFire™
Video-Based Fire Detection system within the standards of the Factory
Mutual (FM)
Approval Process. The Aberdeen Test Center (ATC)
will assist in the performance fire testing and provide a large volume
building to demonstrate the detection ability of the SigniFire™
system over long ranges
