David Karczeski

Finance & Operations
Mr. Dave Karczeski joined axonX,
LLC in December 2005 and is the VP of Finance and Operations and is
responsible for distribution management, corporate finance and
accounting. Mr. Karczeski comes to axonX with more than 18 years of
experience in the areas of Finance and Operations Management.
In 1997, Mr. Karczeski joined the MBNA
Corporation at their headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware. MBNA, the
world's largest independent credit card issuer, has since merged to
become part of the Bank of America Corporation. He served as Assistant
Vice President of Finance for MBNA’s Information Technology Group. There
he was responsible for overseeing strategic and day-to-day operations
related to the direct management of the Systems Applications Development
area budget, monthly reforecast, project development budgets and daily
expense management.
Mr. Karczeski began his financial
career with the Zurich Insurance Group, where he progressed through
various financial roles. His assignments at Zurich included working with
the Group Sales Business Unit Senior Management in the development of
annual revenue and expense budgets, performed cost/benefit analysis of
new partnerships and business ventures and managed the daily accounting
and finance functions of the Group Sales Business Unit.
During his career, Mr. Karczeski supported various
charitable organizations such as the Christopher Place Employment
Academy, Easter Seals of Delaware and MBNA’s Walk for Education.
Mr. Karczeski received his B.S. degree in Finance
from the University of Maryland and holds a Masters Degree in Business
Administration from Loyola College.
